Allgemeiner Fehler / Probleme beim Exportieren

Hallo in die Runde,

wir haben uns vor kurzem die neuste Version von DesignCAD gekauft (DesignCAD 3D Max 2025 V32)
Jetzt haben wir das Problem, dass wir unsere Zeichnungen weder als DXF, noch als DWG etc.. Format exportieren können.
Es wird die Fehlermeldung "Allgemeiner Fehler in der DWG/DXF- Ausgabe" angezeigt und eine Datei mit 0kb erzeugt.

Hatte das schonmal jemand? Was für Lösungen gäbe es? Vom Hersteller bisher keinerlei Antwort - sehr schade..
