Online Aktivierung nicht möglich

Hallo, ich würde die Version 23, gerne aktivieren, jedoch öffnet sich das online Aktivierung Formular nicht und auch die Telefonnummern zur telefonischen Aktivierung sind nicht erreichbar. Was kann ich tun?
