Lizenz abmelden

Ich verwende DesignCAD 3D Max 2020 und möchte dies auf einem neuen PC unter W11 installieren. Das Programm ist bereits auf dem alten PC, der ersetzt werden soll, und einem Laptop installiert.
Die Programm-Installation funktioniert problemlos, bei der Aktivierung gibt es aber eine Fehlermeldung:
"Licence activation limit has been reached".
Fragen:
- Wieviele Lizenzen stehen mir eigentlich zur Verfügung?
- Wie kann ich eine Lizenz abmelden und damit für den neuen PC freimachen?
