Umzug auf neuen Rechner

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe das DesignCAD 3D MAX V31 (2022) und das DC Toolkit Enterprise 2024 jeweils als Vollversion erworben.
Die beiden Software habe ich auf dem neuen Rechner installiert, bei der Aktivierung gibt es aber Probleme.
Wenn ich beim DesignCAD die Seriennummer eingebe, kommt die Meldung: "License activation limit has been reached!"
Der Verkauf lief über Bovino, die gibt es seit 01.07.25 nicht mehr.
Kann mir bitte jemand sagen wie ich weiterkomme?
