Ribbon Zeile DC30

ich habe DC30 neu installiert. Nach der Installation fehlt die Ribbon Zeile. Sie hängt nur unvollständig mitten in der Arbeitsfläche.
Ich habe in den Optionen ein Reset der Ribbon Zeile durchgeführt. Danach ist sie auch korrekt sichtbar. Jedoch stürzt dann DC30 nach einigen Sekunden ab und schliesst sich.
Woran kann das liegen?
