DC 3D MAX (V29) im PC Speicher Aktivierungssperre

Meine auf einem "WIN 10 Pro 21H1 PC" installierte o.a. Version lässt
sich nicht aktivieren weil :
Die korrekt ausgefüllte DC-Maske "Name, eMail, Organisation & Lizenz"
dann nicht ausgeführt wird, sondern mit Hinweis auf eine PC-Speicher-
Sperre "kann nicht ausgeführt werden" zum Stillstand führt !
Ich hatte die 64 bit Version unter Neustart neu installiert = keine Besserung.
Kann mir jemand bei der Problemlösung helfen ?
