DesignCAD 3D Max 2016 64 bit Registrierung weg GELÖST

Hallo
Nach einem Windows-Update ist die Registrierung weg, Online-Aktivierungsformular ist nicht erreichbar, am Telefon geht niemand dran. Wie krieg ich die Software, die seit 2 Jahren auf dem Rechner lief denn wieder aktiviert? Danke für jede Hilfe

Hab den Screenshot gefunden den ich mir von der Aktivierung gemacht hatte
