Hallo,
habe die Box-Version "Design CAD 3D 2018" installiert. Bei Anforderung des Freischaltcodes erhielt ich die Meldung: "...kein Aktivierungscode vorhanden".
Da frage ich mich natürlich was dieser Unsinn soll, vor allem da ich das Programm ohne diesen Aktivierungscode nicht starten kann!
Einen direkten Support scheint ja nicht zu existieren Deshalb meine Frage an das Forum: Wie komme ich an den Aktivierungscode???

sollte bei einem Box-Produkt von DesignCAD 3D MAX 2018 der Aktivierungscode fehlen, dann kann man den Aktivierungscode über diesen Link anfordern.
Sollten hier Probleme auftreten, dann an support@dws-helpdesk.de die DesignCAD 3D MAX 2018-Seriennummer senden. Wir würden dann den Aktivierungscode manuell anfordern.

habe es versucht, aber leider ohne Ergebnis.
Statt dessen fand ich auf der CD die Homepage der Vertriebsgesellschaft (in Bayern) an die ich gestern noch das Problem meldete. Heute morgen erhielt ich bereits eine Mail mit der Mitteilung, das Problem wurde an turbocad weitergeleitet. Ebenfalls heute morgen erhielt ich von turbocad den Aktivierungscode der auch funktioniert.
Somit ist das Problem behoben.
Deshalb meine Frage an das Forum: Wie komme ich an den Aktivierungscode???
